Road trip is about taking the route with the prettiest of views.
It often means taking detours and ending up getting a room at motel in a random town.
It's not about getting to the next destination. It's about discovering the unexpected.

Black and White Film
These are some of my first photos that I printed myself in the darkroom at school in 2010. Printing in the darkroom was so much fun that I could spend all day in there trying to get the right images.
Recently I just realized that my beloved software Adobe Lightroom's name is derived from Darkroom. Haha, I like their naming. (It's pretty obvious and I don't know why I didn't realize it until just recently...)
The model is my friend Ayaka. Very cool, pretty, and sexy girl who loves fashion. We did photo shoot together for a few times in Palm Desert, Indio, and Palm Springs.
I hope to get a chance to photograph her again.
２年ほど前に、初めて自分で現像した写真の中からいくつか載せました。
暗室で作業するのはあまりにも楽しくて、これ！という一枚ができるまで、
時間を忘れて一日中暗室にこもって印刷作業をしていました。
モデルは友達のあやか。とってもクールでありながらかわいらしさ、セクシーさも持つ、ファッションが大好きな女の子。アメリカで何回かいろんな所に行って写真を撮らせてもらったのは本当にいい思い出。またこっちでも撮れたらいいな。
